Senior Consultant – International Tax Advisory (Dubai)

About the role

EY is seeking a Senior Consultant to join its International Tax & Transaction Services practice in Dubai. You will advise clients on regional and international tax implications, covering areas such as permanent establishment, double taxation, cross‑border treaties and tax structuring.

Key responsibilities

• Assist in delivering technically complex international tax engagements, ensuring high‑quality client service.
• Manage leads and opportunities across the tax practice and EY network, contributing to business development.
• Contribute to practice development through internal training, precedent creation, knowledge sharing, presentations and publication of expert articles.

Required profile

• Client‑driven approach with strong commercial and strategic awareness.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to motivate project teams.
• Strong technical knowledge of international tax laws and jurisdictions.
• Experience managing or mentoring junior team members.

Required skills

• International tax advisory expertise (permanent establishment, double taxation, cross‑border treaties).
• Tax structuring and corporate tax impact assessments.
• Withholding tax knowledge.
• Fluency in Arabic (written and spoken) is preferred.
