About the role

We are looking for a proactive Senior Coordinator to support our Managing Director and the wider team. The role involves handling high‑level administrative tasks, ensuring smooth communication, and keeping the office organized.

Key responsibilities

Manage the Managing Director's calendar, appointments, interviews and meetings.
Maintain filing and document management systems.
Coordinate site and company asset visits.
Handle incoming calls, emails and other electronic communications.
Prepare presentations and meeting documents.
Support weekly department meetings.
Follow up with teams on assigned tasks to ensure timely completion.

Required profile

Proven experience as a Senior Coordinator, Executive Assistant or Executive Secretary.
Experience supporting senior management or C‑level executives.
Strong organizational and follow‑up abilities.
UAE work experience preferred.

Required skills

Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office.
