About the role
BlackStone eIT is seeking a Senior CRM Developer to design and customise Microsoft Dynamics 365 solutions that improve customer experience and drive business results.
Key responsibilities
- Design and implement custom solutions using Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM.
- Gather and define technical requirements with stakeholders.
- Customize workflows, forms, and dashboards.
- Integrate systems and ensure seamless data flow.
- Develop technical documentation and maintain configurations.
- Test, debug, and deliver high‑quality solutions.
Required profile
- Proven experience in CRM development, especially Microsoft Dynamics 365.
- Strong problem‑solving abilities and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
