Senior Customer Success Engineer (Arabic speaker)

About the role

Veeam is seeking a Senior Customer Success Engineer who is fluent in Arabic to drive long‑term customer outcomes across the Veeam Data Platform. The role combines technical expertise with strong collaboration to ensure customers adopt, optimize, and expand their use of Veeam solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Configure customer accounts, customize backup policies, and facilitate onboarding and stakeholder orientation.
• Identify migration opportunities, conduct success planning sessions, and align business outcomes with product adoption.
• Run recovery simulations, apply the Veeam Data Resilience Maturity Model (DRMM), and deliver quarterly resilience reports.
• Monitor churn risk signals, define mitigation plans, and partner on renewal strategies with actionable technical insights.
• Build business cases, define TCO, and articulate value propositions for expansion and upsell opportunities.

Required profile

• 5+ years in customer‑facing engineering roles focused on data backup and recovery.
• Advanced proficiency in English and Arabic.
• Hands‑on expertise across operating systems, virtualization, storage, scripting/automation, cloud platforms, and disaster recovery best practices.
• VMCE certification (or willing to obtain post‑hire) and preferably AWS or Microsoft Azure certifications.
• Proven ability to engage executive stakeholders (CISO/CIO) and translate business outcomes into technical roadmaps.
