Senior Data Analyst – Spot

About the role

Bybit is looking for a Senior Data Analyst to own Business Intelligence for its Wealth/Earn and Trading Tools product lines. Based in Dubai, you will turn large‑scale data into clear insights that drive product performance, user growth, and revenue across the platform.

Key responsibilities

• Own BI analytics for Wealth/Earn and Trading Tools, covering product performance, user growth, engagement, retention, AUM, and revenue.
• Analyze the full user lifecycle and product funnel, identifying drivers of acquisition, activation, adoption, repeat usage, churn, and cross‑product conversion.
• Conduct deep‑dive analyses on subscription and redemption flows, AUM growth, yield trends, asset allocation, and product profitability.
• Evaluate Trading Tools performance, including adoption of bots, grid/DCA strategies, copy trading, and other automated features.
• Build user segmentation and behavioral models to pinpoint high‑value users, cross‑sell opportunities, and churn risks.
• Assess cross‑product journeys between Wealth/Earn, Spot, Derivatives, and Trading Tools to improve asset activation and overall user value.
• Design, maintain, and automate dashboards, reports, and monitoring frameworks for key product KPIs.
