Senior DevOps Engineer

About the role

We are seeking a hands‑on Senior DevOps Engineer to own and operate our end‑to‑end infrastructure. You will be responsible for designing, provisioning, securing, and maintaining the environments that power our development, testing, staging, and production workloads.

Key responsibilities

• Design, provision, configure and maintain cloud and physical servers, networking, storage and firewalls.
• Manage multiple environments (dev, QA, staging, prod) ensuring isolation, reproducibility and security.
• Build and maintain robust CI/CD pipelines, automate builds, tests, deployments and rollbacks.
• Implement infrastructure‑as‑code, automate provisioning and configuration wherever possible.
• Define and enforce security policies: server hardening, SSH access, IAM, RBAC, secrets management and vulnerability patching.
• Monitor systems for performance, reliability and suspicious activity; plan capacity and backup‑recovery strategies.
• Document architecture, configurations and operational procedures.

Required profile

• 5+ years of hands‑on experience managing complex infrastructure and deployments.
• Strong understanding of the full lifecycle of technical environments from architecture to disaster recovery.
• Ability to work independently, troubleshoot issues quickly and improve processes continuously.
