Senior DevOps Engineer

About the role

Globant is looking for a Senior DevOps Engineer to join its team in Ajman, UAE. You will help design, build and optimise scalable, secure and reliable cloud infrastructure and CI/CD pipelines that enable rapid delivery of high‑quality applications.

Key responsibilities

• Design and maintain infrastructure on public cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, GCP) using Infrastructure‑as‑Code tools.
• Develop, automate and manage CI/CD pipelines and deployment processes.
• Implement container orchestration with Kubernetes and ensure robust monitoring and observability.
• Collaborate with development teams to enforce Git workflows and version‑control best practices.

Required profile

• Strong hands‑on experience with Terraform, Ansible and scripting languages such as Bash, PowerShell or Python.
• Deep understanding of cloud networking, security, identity management and cloud‑native architectures.
• Proven ability to work in a fast‑paced, collaborative environment and drive engineering excellence.
