Senior Software Engineer – Full Stack Development

About the role

The Chamber is looking for a senior full‑stack engineer to own the development, enhancement and support of its bilingual e‑services portal and public website. You will deliver secure, responsive digital services that integrate with backend APIs and enterprise applications.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and maintain Next.js e‑services, including forms, document uploads, request tracking, payments and customer accounts.
• Build React/Next.js website features and configure a Strapi headless CMS.
• Create and maintain Node.js services, middleware and REST APIs.
• Integrate digital channels with Dynamics 365, Dataverse, payment services and government APIs.
• Deliver Arabic/English interfaces with RTL layouts, ensuring accessibility and responsiveness.
• Conduct code reviews, automated testing, defect resolution and security improvements.
• Investigate production incidents and coordinate deployments with QA and Cloud/DevOps teams.
• Maintain technical documentation and support knowledge transfer.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering or a related field.
• 5+ years of software engineering experience, including 3+ years with React.js/Next.js and Node.js.
• Proven experience delivering bilingual (Arabic/English) solutions.
