Senior Digital Marketing Executive

About the role

A client's marketing team in Dubai Production City is looking for a Senior Digital Marketing Executive to run paid digital campaigns. The role starts immediately and runs until 15 January 2027, with a possible extension. It is senior but fully hands-on: you will have personally built and managed campaigns, not only overseen them.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, set up and manage paid campaigns across Meta (Facebook and Instagram), Google Ads, TikTok and Snapchat, including full-funnel campaigns and retargeting for warm audiences
• Set up and check GA4, Google Tag Manager, pixels, events and UTMs so enquiries and sales are tracked correctly
• Analyse results, find the reasons for weak performance and take action to improve outcomes and control costs, optimising against CTR, CPC, conversion rate, CAC and ROAS
• Collect, segment and analyse customer and lead data, then report on enquiries and conversions using Excel and dashboards such as Looker Studio
• Manage digital marketing agencies, reviewing their work and following up on deliverables and deadlines

Required profile

• Proven hands-on experience managing paid media campaigns from planning through optimisation and reporting
• Personal experience setting up campaigns on Meta, Google Ads, TikTok and Snapchat
• Experience working with CRM data and building reports in Excel and Looker Studio
• Experience managing digital marketing agencies
• Valid UAE visa held by the candidate; office-based, 5 days a week in Dubai Production City
• Immediate start required
