Senior Digital Merchandiser (Dubai Mall Online)

About the role

Noon is expanding its Dubai Mall Online platform and seeks a Senior Digital Merchandiser to own the digital visual identity, storefront navigation, and visual customer journeys. The role blends luxury‑retail visual standards with high‑conversion e‑commerce UX, working closely with commercial, marketing, product, and external partners.

Key responsibilities

• Lead visual merchandising across the app homepage, categories, promotions, and brand pages.
• Translate Dubai Mall’s premium positioning into a distinctive, luxury‑focused digital experience.
• Plan and execute visual updates for key shopping events, seasonal campaigns, and product launches.
• Curate cross‑brand collections, trends, new arrivals, and thematic edits across key categories.
• Set visual standards, imagery guidelines, and shop‑in‑shop templates for onboarding new brands.
• Align visual storytelling across the app, CRM, push notifications, content, and marketing campaigns.

Required profile

• Minimum 5 years (60 months) of experience in digital merchandising or e‑commerce visual management.
• Proven ability to bridge luxury retail aesthetics with data‑driven e‑commerce conversion.
• Strong collaboration skills with commercial, marketing, product, and external partner teams.
