Senior Director of Facilities Asset Management

About the role

Miral Experiences seeks a Senior Director to lead strategic management and performance of its extensive facilities portfolio across world‑class attractions in Abu Dhabi. The role ensures safe, efficient, and guest‑focused operation of all assets.

Key responsibilities

• Define and execute strategy, planning, maintenance and continuous improvement for both hard and soft services.
• Oversee MEP, fire & life safety, plumbing, ELV, CCTV, cleaning, landscaping, waste management and statutory compliance.
• Develop and control budgets, long‑term plans, cost controls, schedules and risk management.
• Manage contractor performance, contract administration and third‑party service delivery.
• Lead facilities asset management projects from planning through completion, ensuring quality, cost and timeline targets.
• Drive data‑led decision‑making to boost operational efficiency, cost performance and guest satisfaction.

Required profile

• Degree in Engineering, Project Management, Facility Management or related field.
• Minimum 15 years of facilities management experience, including at least 5 years in senior leadership.
• Proven ability to manage complex operations, contracts, budgets, projects and service providers.
• Strong financial acumen, resource planning and stakeholder management skills.
• Excellent communication skills and fluency in English.
