About the role
The Senior Engineer Reliability will lead the development and maintenance of reliability management systems, driving reliability‑centered maintenance and root‑cause analysis across the organization.
Key responsibilities
- Develop and implement a structured Reliability Management System to improve equipment integrity.
- Coordinate Reliability Centered Maintenance and Instrument Protective Function analyses to optimise maintenance strategies.
- Introduce and facilitate Root Cause Analysis techniques for equipment failure investigations.
- Establish and maintain a reliability, availability and integrity threats database on a shared server.
- Create improvement plans in collaboration with maintenance section heads and support engineering solutions.
Required profile
- Bachelor’s degree in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering or equivalent.
- Minimum of 8 years of relevant experience.

- Reliability Centered Maintenance (RCM)

- Instrument Protective Function analysis
