Senior Engineering Manager – Infrastructure

About the role

We are looking for a Senior Engineering Manager to lead our Infrastructure organization. You will shape the technical direction, build high‑performing teams and ensure our platform scales reliably for millions of users.

Key responsibilities

• Define and execute the infrastructure strategy aligned with the company mission.
• Lead, mentor and grow a team of senior engineers and managers.
• Drive the design, implementation and operation of cloud, networking and security services.
• Collaborate with product, engineering and operations to deliver high‑availability solutions.
• Establish best practices for reliability, performance and cost optimization.

Required profile

• Proven experience managing large‑scale infrastructure teams in a fast‑moving tech environment.
• Strong leadership and communication skills with a focus on mission‑driven outcomes.
• Track record of delivering reliable, secure and cost‑effective cloud platforms.
