Senior Enterprise Account Executive – New Logo Hunter – Cybersecurity

About the role

Sophos is seeking a senior sales professional to lead new‑logo acquisition across the United Arab Emirates. The role focuses on enterprise and higher mid‑market accounts, driving the full sales cycle from prospecting to close while collaborating with internal sales teams and channel partners.

Key responsibilities

• Identify, engage and close net‑new enterprise and mid‑market customers in the UAE.
• Build and maintain a qualified pipeline of 3–5 times quota.
• Own the end‑to‑end sales process, including prospecting, discovery, negotiation and contract signing.
• Map target accounts across key sectors such as government, BFSI, oil & gas, and large enterprises.
• Develop territory plans aligned with regional buying cycles and budgets.
• Establish CXO and CISO relationships and position cybersecurity as a strategic business risk.
• Navigate complex buying groups, procurement frameworks and channel partner dynamics.

Required profile

• Proven track record of enterprise sales success, preferably in cybersecurity or related technology solutions.
• Experience selling to senior executives (CXO, CISO) and managing complex sales cycles.
• Strong understanding of UAE market dynamics and sector‑specific buying patterns.
• Ability to work independently while aligning with internal sales, engineering and partner teams.
