Senior Executive – Strategy

About the role

Dubai Taxi Company PJSC is seeking a talented Senior Executive – Strategy to join its Transformation Office. The role focuses on developing, executing, and monitoring strategic initiatives that align with corporate objectives and UAE government priorities.

Key responsibilities

• Support the development and execution of corporate strategies aligned with organizational objectives and UAE government initiatives.
• Conduct market research, industry analysis, and competitor benchmarking to identify trends and growth opportunities within the UAE transportation sector.
• Develop, monitor, and report on KPIs and strategic performance indicators.
• Prepare strategic reports, presentations, and recommendations for senior management and key stakeholders.
• Monitor the progress and effectiveness of strategic initiatives and recommend opportunities for continuous improvement.
• Collaborate with business units and cross‑functional teams to ensure alignment and effective execution of strategic initiatives.
• Identify and monitor potential strategic risks and support the development of appropriate mitigation plans.
• Conduct benchmarking studies and research global best practices in corporate strategy and urban mobility.
• Support quarterly reporting on organization‑wide strategic initiatives and performance.

Required profile

• 3–5 years of relevant experience in corporate strategy, strategic planning, business performance, transformation, management consulting, or a related field.
• Strong experience in strategic analysis, market research, benchmarking, and KPI monitoring.
• Ability to analyze business information and translate findings into clear and practical recommendations.
• Excellent report writing and presentation skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with senior stakeholders.
• Strong analytical, critical thinking, and problem‑solving capabilities.
• Excellent communication, collaboration, and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience within transportation, mobility, government, or public sector is an advantage.
