Senior Finance Manager

About the role

The Senior Finance Manager will lead the Group's financial reporting and close processes across multiple entities, ensuring accuracy and compliance with IFRS and local regulations.

Key responsibilities

• Lead monthly and annual financial close for all Group entities, adhering to the closing calendar.
• Review trial balance, perform balance‑sheet reconciliations and investigate variances.
• Analyse P&L results by entity, division and project, explaining revenue, margin and cost movements.
• Prepare and review Group consolidation, including inter‑company reconciliations and eliminations.
• Produce statutory financial statements in accordance with IFRS and local requirements.
• Develop management reports with budget vs actual analysis, KPI commentary for senior management and the Board.
• Act as primary contact for external auditors, managing audit planning, queries and resolutions.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance or a related field.
• Professional qualification: ACCA or CPA.
• Mandatory Big Four audit experience.
• 12‑15+ years of progressive experience in audit, financial reporting and controllership.
• At least 3‑5 years in a Financial Controller or senior reporting role.

Required skills

• ACCA or CPA certification.
• Strong knowledge of IFRS and local regulatory reporting.
• Expertise in financial reporting, consolidation and month‑end close.
• Extensive audit experience, particularly within a Big Four environment.
