Senior Finance Officer

About the role

Rapid Enterprises is seeking a Senior Finance Officer to lead daily financial operations and reporting. The role involves managing accounts, ensuring accurate financial records, and providing strategic financial advice to management.

Key responsibilities

• Develop strategies to minimize financial risks while ensuring regulatory compliance.
• Act as a proactive financial advisor to senior management.
• Prepare accurate accounting, statistical, and financial reports.
• Manage invoices, day‑to‑day transactions, and reconcile bank statements.
• Maintain and balance financial records using appropriate bookkeeping systems.
• Prepare general ledgers and produce daily financial reports with attention to detail.
• Oversee payment of company expenses and ensure timely documentation.
• Monitor overall income and expenditure to support financial and administrative decisions.
• Document bookkeeping for the company’s clients.
• Review and analyze budgets over time to assess viability.

Required profile

• Must be based in Dubai.
• ACCA qualified.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel, and other accounting software.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
• Strong focus on numerical accuracy and meeting deadlines.
• Organizational skills and professional experience with accounting procedures and systems.
