Senior Financial Analyst – Pricing & Residual Value

About the role

The Senior Financial Analyst – Pricing & Residual Value will work closely with the Senior Finance Manager to drive pricing governance, residual value management and profitability analysis across Al-Futtaim Financial Services. The role focuses on building robust pricing models, monitoring asset performance and delivering data‑driven insights to enhance product returns and competitiveness.

Key responsibilities

• Develop, maintain and enhance pricing models for financial services products, aligning them with profitability, risk and growth targets.
• Conduct detailed profitability analysis by product, customer segment, channel and portfolio to uncover value‑creation opportunities.
• Provide pricing recommendations and business cases for strategic initiatives, market expansion and new product launches.
• Monitor actual portfolio performance against pricing assumptions and suggest corrective actions when needed.
• Evaluate the financial impact of market changes, competitor pricing, cost fluctuations and economic conditions.
• Collaborate with Commercial, Sales, Risk and Finance teams to ensure balanced pricing decisions.
• Develop and maintain residual value methodologies, assumptions and forecasting models.

Required profile

• University degree in Finance, Economics, Business or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in financial analysis, pricing or residual value management within the financial services sector.
• Strong analytical mindset with the ability to translate data into actionable business insights.
• Excellent communication skills to present findings to senior stakeholders.
