About the role

Emaar Hospitality Group is seeking a Senior Food & Beverage Ambassador to join its Address Hotels + Resorts brand in Dubai. The role focuses on delivering exceptional guest experiences through attentive service and seamless F&B operations.

Key responsibilities

• Perform all operational tasks in food and beverage service while adhering to brand standards.
• Anticipate guest needs, go the extra mile, and ensure swift service recovery when issues arise.
• Maintain proactive communication with fellow ambassadors to prioritize guest satisfaction.
• Uphold hygiene, safety, and quality protocols throughout service periods.

Required profile

• Minimum high school diploma; a degree in Hotel Management or related field is preferred.
• At least one year of experience in a similar role within a 5‑star hospitality environment.
• Strong command of written and spoken English; additional languages are an asset.
• High emotional intelligence and a genuine service‑oriented personality.
