Senior Full-Stack Engineer (AI-First Development)

About the role

We are seeking a senior full‑stack engineer who will lead the development of AI‑first products, working across backend and frontend in a fast‑paced environment where large‑language‑model tools such as Claude Code are integral to the workflow.

Key responsibilities

• Design, build and ship end‑to‑end features using a Python/Django backend and React/Next.js frontend.
• Own the full development lifecycle: data modelling, API design, UI implementation, testing, deployment and performance optimisation.
• Leverage AI/LLM tooling daily to write, review, refactor and accelerate code while ensuring correctness.
• Define and improve AI‑assisted engineering processes, tooling and automation.
• Mentor team members, conduct code reviews and uphold high standards for scalability, security and reliability.
• Collaborate closely with product, design and leadership to translate requirements into shippable solutions.

Required profile

• 5‑7+ years of professional full‑stack development experience.
• Proven track record of delivering production‑grade software.
• Self‑motivated, autonomous and product‑oriented.
• Experience using AI/LLM tools (Claude, Claude Code or equivalents) in real projects.

Required skills

• Python and Django.
• REST API design, ORM, migrations and testing.
• React, Next.js (hooks, SSR/SSG, App Router).
• PostgreSQL or similar relational databases.
• Git‑based workflows and code review.
• Automated testing and modern software development best practices.
• AI/LLM tooling such as Claude Code.
