Senior Full‑Stack Developer (Python/Django/React)

About the role

We are seeking a proactive Senior Full‑Stack Developer to join a healthcare technology platform that supports clinics in scheduling, clinical records, invoicing and more. You will own feature delivery end‑to‑end, maintain production health and build AI‑powered capabilities that help clinic staff work smarter.

Key responsibilities

• Ship features using Django/DRF, PostgreSQL and React/TypeScript covering scheduling, clinical records, invoicing and reporting.
• Maintain the Playwright end‑to‑end test suite for API and UI, leveraging AI agents to keep tests green.
• Build AI features, including an MCP server for per‑user AI access and a staff assistant on AWS Bedrock with EU data residency.
• Plan and execute releases, handling scoping, QA sign‑off, migrations, feature flags and rollbacks.
• Own production health across ECS services, RDS, Celery workers and real‑time servers, leading incident resolution and post‑mortems.
• Develop and maintain integrations such as UAE health exchanges, Stripe, SMS, WhatsApp, email, imaging and 3D scans, and country‑specific tax rules.

Required profile

• 5+ years of proven experience with Python/Django and PostgreSQL.
• Hands‑on experience with AWS, especially ECS and RDS.
• Confidence working with React and TypeScript.
• Practical experience building products with AI/LLMs.
• Familiarity with Jenkins, Bitbucket and Jira.
• Fluent English (B2 or higher) and an ownership mindset.
