Senior Graphic Designer

About the role

Richmond Properties is seeking a Senior Graphic Designer to elevate the visual identity of its luxury real‑estate portfolio. You will work closely with the Marketing team to create compelling, brand‑consistent assets that support sales, digital, social, and event initiatives across Dubai’s premium property market.

Key responsibilities

• Produce high‑quality visual output for marketing, sales, digital, social, event, presentation, and client‑facing materials while adhering to brand standards.
• Support campaign concepts, property marketing collateral, decks, brochures, social media assets, signage, and internal templates.
• Collaborate with the Marketing Manager and team to translate briefs into strong visual executions.
• Design sales presentations, corporate decks, pitch documents, project brochures, property flyers, agent materials, event collateral, digital ads, email assets, and campaign visuals.
• Ensure all decks and client‑facing documents are polished, persuasive, and suitable for high‑value real‑estate audiences.
• Provide creative direction for video and photography content, including graphic overlays and motion elements.
• Maintain and organise the creative asset library, including brand files, templates, icons, fonts, and approved visual references.
• Deliver fast, commercially useful creative solutions for urgent campaigns, property launches, and business priorities.
