Senior Graphic Designer

About the role

The Great Minds Group is seeking a senior graphic designer to lead visual creation for events, marketing campaigns and corporate communications. The role combines creative concept development with meticulous execution across digital, print and social media channels.

Key responsibilities

• Develop creative designs for events, campaigns, brochures, prospectuses, social media posts, emailers, banners and other marketing collateral.
• Maintain design trackers, log requests with deadlines, assign owners and monitor status.
• Collaborate with marketing, production, sponsorship and event teams to ensure timely delivery of assets.
• Adapt designs for multiple formats (digital, print, social) while adhering to brand guidelines.
• Review and finalize artwork for accuracy, quality and proper formatting before hand‑off.
• Manage multiple design tasks and deadlines across concurrent events.

Required profile

• Minimum 5 years of professional graphic design experience, preferably in the event industry.
• Strong eye for layout, typography, colour and branding.
• Proven ability to work under tight deadlines and handle several projects simultaneously.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
