Senior Group Strategic Investments Manager

About the role

ADNOC is looking for a Senior Group Strategic Investments Manager in Abu Dhabi. The role supports internal analytics of ADNOC's listed instruments (stocks and bonds), communicates with internal and external stakeholders and helps set the highest possible investor relations standards across the Group while contributing to shareholder value through equity and debt capital markets projects.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain an informed view of key trends, financial results and stakeholder expectations, and carry out peer and market reviews with timely alerts and reports.
• Provide regular and ad-hoc analysis of ADNOC listed instruments and draft and update investor materials for internal and external meetings.
• Monitor investor and analyst feedback, guide investor and analyst engagement, and evaluate equity stories to maximise value and liquidity.
• Take part in investor marketing and targeting, and help develop and monitor IR strategies and performance metrics.
• Carry out regular debt-related reporting and play an active role in debt and equity capital markets activities.
• Help attract IR talent, run learning and development programmes, and liaise with Legal and Compliance, Corporate Communication and the Sustainability team.
• Support IR teams ad hoc, including on IPO processes, and help roll out trainings on compliance and IR standards.
• Participate in planning and training of assigned staff, and comply with HSE policies, sustainability guidelines and applicable laws.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree, preferably in Accounting or Finance.
• 10+ years of relevant experience, preferably in IR, finance, investment banking, advisory, equity or credit research.
• Experience in ADNOC's industries is a major advantage; Arabic is also a major advantage.
• CFA, MBA, CA, CIRO or other IR certification is not required but is a major advantage.
