Senior Healthcare Operations Consultant (Remote)

About the role

Ethos is partnering with a leading AI lab to engage senior healthcare operations consultants who will help train a new language model on professional documentation, spreadsheet, and slide‑deck tasks. This remote, flexible role focuses on core hospital workflow projects such as patient throughput, care pathway redesign, and service‑line performance analysis.

Key responsibilities

• Create, evaluate, and refine AI‑generated documents, spreadsheets, and slide decks for hospital and health‑system workflows.
• Develop patient throughput and bed‑utilisation models, staffing and labor‑cost optimisation tools.
• Design care‑delivery redesign proposals and service‑line performance dashboards.
• Prepare payer‑contract, reimbursement analysis, and quality‑improvement reports for executive briefings.

Required profile

• 5+ years of experience in hospital operations, health‑system consulting, or care‑delivery redesign.
• Direct ownership of patient throughput, service‑line performance, or staffing model projects.
• Proven ability to present complex models to senior hospital leadership.
