Senior HR Executive

About the role

We are looking for an experienced Senior HR Executive to lead core HR operations for a leading hypermarket group in the UAE. The role involves managing high‑volume recruitment, payroll, employee relations and compliance across multiple store locations.

Key responsibilities

• Manage end‑to‑end HR operations and administration.
• Handle high‑volume recruitment, onboarding and visa processes.
• Oversee payroll processing, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
• Develop and implement employee retention and engagement initiatives.
• Ensure compliance with UAE Labour Law and internal policies.
• Maintain employee attendance, leave records and accommodation logistics.
• Coordinate performance appraisals, training and development programs.
• Prepare HR documentation such as offer letters, contracts and official correspondence.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or related field.
• 2–5 years of HR experience in retail, hypermarket or supermarket environment in the UAE.
• Willingness to travel frequently across the UAE for store visits and audits.
• Ability to work extended hours and weekends as needed.
• Excellent command of English; Hindi proficiency is a plus.
