Senior HR Executive – UAE National (Human Resources)

About the role

Jumeirah Saadiyat Island, a flagship eco‑conscious resort in Abu Dhabi, is looking for a UAE National Senior Executive to lead its Human Resources function. The role will support the resort’s operational teams by delivering end‑to‑end recruitment, onboarding, employee engagement and compliance activities.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate full recruitment cycle for non‑managerial positions, including screening, interview scheduling and onboarding support.
• Manage onboarding and off‑boarding processes, ensuring smooth induction and exit formalities.
• Plan and execute employee engagement initiatives and recognition programmes.
• Support disciplinary investigations and maintain accurate employee‑relations documentation.
• Prepare HR reports and dashboards covering recruitment, engagement and operational metrics for senior management.
• Ensure compliance with internal HR policies and UAE labour law, assisting with audits and inspections.
• Serve as first‑line HR contact for staff and managers, resolving queries and escalating complex cases.
• Participate in HR projects, process improvements, digitisation efforts and SOP updates.
• Liaise with government agencies for employee documentation, licences and other HR‑related requirements.

Required profile

• UAE National with a Diploma in Hotel Management or related field.
• Minimum 36 months of relevant HR experience, preferably in hospitality.
• Strong knowledge of UAE labour legislation and HR best practices.
• CIPD Level 3 or equivalent HR certification is desirable.
• Proven ability to handle recruitment, onboarding, employee relations and compliance tasks.
