Senior HR Operations Analyst

About the role

We are looking for a Senior Analyst – HR Operations to join the Group HR team in Dubai. The role will turn HR data into actionable insights that support business‑unit managers, HR governance and strategic decision‑making.

Key responsibilities

• Analyse employee‑relations, leave, performance and case‑management data to identify trends and cost‑saving opportunities.
• Produce Business Unit and organisation‑wide HR reports and maintain Power BI dashboards for timely, accurate information.
• Consolidate data from multiple HR systems, validate its completeness and ensure data integrity.
• Monitor service‑level agreements, flag exceptions, overdue cases and non‑compliance across HR shared services.
• Support standardisation of metrics, reporting formats and governance across HR hubs and shared services.
• Provide quality‑control reviews of HR data against KPIs, policies, SOPs and SLAs.

Required profile

• Several years of experience in HR analytics, reporting or related functions.
• Strong analytical mindset with the ability to translate data into business‑focused recommendations.
• Excellent attention to detail and a commitment to data quality and compliance.
• Proven ability to work with business units and senior HR stakeholders.

Required skills

• Power BI for dashboard creation and data visualisation.
• Advanced data consolidation and validation techniques.
• Knowledge of HR processes such as employee lifecycle, leave management and case handling.
