Senior HR Partner – Builder Experience

About the role

Amazon Web Services is looking for a Senior HR Partner to join the Builder Experience Team (BeXT). In this role you will champion the employee experience for AWS Builders, partnering with business leaders to design and deliver HR solutions that drive inclusion, performance and engagement.

Key responsibilities

• Influence change and foster an inclusive environment for Builders and fellow HR partners.
• Apply HR fundamentals to solve complex, high‑volume people challenges.
• Partner with leaders at multiple levels to develop forward‑looking strategies focused on the Builder experience.
• Serve as an escalation point and mentor, role‑modeling Amazon’s Leadership Principles.
• Collaborate with business leaders and HR teams to implement talent, performance, compensation and employee‑relations initiatives.

Required profile

• Minimum 7 years of HR experience, preferably in a fast‑paced, technology‑focused environment.
• Proven ability to consult, coach and develop leaders with empathy and sound judgement.
• Strong problem‑solving skills and the capacity to influence diverse stakeholder groups.
• Experience working autonomously in high‑volume, rapidly changing settings.
