Senior HSEQ Manager – Quality, Health, Safety & Environment

About the role

The Senior Manager – QHSE leads the implementation, management and continuous improvement of Quality, Health, Safety and Environmental systems across Wasael Property Management operations, ensuring compliance with international standards and fostering a strong safety culture.

Key responsibilities

• Develop, implement and maintain QHSE policies, procedures and management systems across multi‑site operations.
• Lead internal audits, inspections and risk assessments for ISO 9001, ISO 14001 and ISO 45001 compliance.
• Investigate incidents, near‑misses and safety observations, driving corrective and preventive actions.
• Design and deliver QHSE training programmes for employees and contractors.
• Monitor QHSE performance through KPIs, dashboards and regular reporting.
• Support emergency preparedness, response planning and contractor compliance.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Environmental Management, Occupational Health & Safety or related field.
• NEBOSH International Diploma or equivalent; Lead Auditor certification preferred.
• 7–10 years of QHSE management experience in facilities, infrastructure or high‑risk environments.
• Proven experience implementing ISO‑based management systems across multi‑site operations.

Required skills

• ISO 9001, ISO 14001 and ISO 45001 management system expertise.
• Risk assessment and incident investigation.
• Safety auditing and compliance management.
• Performance reporting and KPI monitoring.
• NEBOSH International Diploma.
• Lead Auditor certification (preferred).
