Senior Human Resources Officer

About the role

We are seeking a proactive Senior Human Resources Officer to lead day‑to‑day HR operations across the employee lifecycle. The successful candidate will partner with managers and staff to deliver efficient HR services while ensuring compliance with UAE Labour Law.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the full recruitment cycle, from sourcing to onboarding, and maintain recruitment records.
• Maintain accurate employee files, HR databases, and prepare HR letters and certificates.
• Serve as first point of contact for employee inquiries and support managers with employee‑relations matters.
• Coordinate the annual performance appraisal process and track development plans.
• Organise internal and external training programmes and keep training records up to date.
• Prepare monthly HR reports for payroll, track leave, attendance and overtime, and verify payroll data.
• Ensure compliance with UAE Labour Law, support HR audits, and assist in policy updates.
• Produce HR dashboards covering headcount, turnover, recruitment status, leave, training and performance reviews.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or related field.
• 4–6 years of generalist HR experience, preferably in the UAE.
• Strong knowledge of UAE Labour Law.
• Proven experience in recruitment and HR operations.
• Excellent communication, organizational and problem‑solving abilities.
