Senior Industry Tech Consultant

About the role

Ecolab is seeking a Senior Industry Tech Consultant to join its Food & Beverage team in the UAE. You will act as the application expert for brewery and other hygiene‑critical processes, helping customers improve food safety, water use, energy efficiency and operational reliability.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct on‑site technical assessments, hygiene audits, CIP verifications and cleaning performance reviews, translating findings into action plans and service reports.
• Lead product trials, application testing and cleaning program optimization, ensuring clear objectives, safety requirements and measurable customer value.
• Partner with sales engineers, CAM, BDM and customer technical teams to audit production lines, fillers, washers, tanks and packaging areas, identifying improvement opportunities.
• Document technical activities, trial outcomes and value delivered in CRM and internal reporting tools.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, science, biotechnology, chemistry, chemical or mechanical engineering, or a related technical field.
• Strong communication skills in English and willingness to travel frequently, both domestically and internationally.
• Self‑driven, results‑oriented and comfortable working in a customer‑facing technical role.
