Senior Influencer Marketing Specialist

About the role

We are looking for a Senior Influencer Marketing Specialist to lead paid influencer initiatives across all Talabat markets in the MENA region. The role will shape the regional operating model, ensuring a balance between local flexibility and regional governance while delivering consistent, high-impact campaigns.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and own the regional influencer marketing strategy, building annual roadmaps that align with both regional and local business priorities.
• Partner with local marketing managers to plan, execute, and evaluate influencer campaigns that support brand, commercial and seasonal objectives.
• Coordinate with agencies to select appropriate creators, define content strategies and ensure campaigns are delivered on time and within budget.
• Manage regional influencer marketing agencies and oversee local agency relationships, setting clear KPIs and service standards.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders across Marketing, Brand, Digital, Media, Creative, Legal, Procurement and Finance as the subject‑matter expert.
• Own and continuously improve the influencer marketing technology stack, driving adoption of platforms for creator discovery, audience validation, fraud detection, campaign management and performance reporting.
• Champion the use of AI tools to enhance creator selection, content creation and campaign optimization.

Required profile

• Proven experience leading influencer marketing programs at a regional or multi‑market level, preferably within the e‑commerce or food‑delivery sector.
• Strong ability to balance strategic oversight with hands‑on execution across diverse markets.
• Excellent stakeholder management skills, with a track record of working with agencies and cross‑functional teams.
• Data‑driven mindset with experience measuring campaign performance and reporting insights.
