Senior Investor – APAC Real Estate

About the role

Our client, a leading global investment firm, is expanding its APAC real estate team. The Senior Investor will lead transactions across Hong Kong, Japan, China, South Korea, Southeast Asia and Australia, managing the full investment lifecycle from origination to execution.

Key responsibilities

• Lead evaluation and execution of direct real estate investments and fund commitments across APAC.
• Build and review complex financial models, valuations and investment cases.
• Conduct commercial, financial and operational due diligence with external advisors and management teams.
• Prepare and present investment recommendations to senior leadership and the Investment Committee.
• Manage transaction execution, negotiations and documentation through to completion.
• Develop and maintain relationships with sponsors, advisors, management teams and market participants to source new opportunities.

Required profile

• Significant transaction experience with a proven track record in APAC real estate investments.
• Strong analytical ability and expertise in financial modelling, valuation and accounting.
• Confident communicator comfortable working in a collaborative, high‑performance environment.
• Willingness to be based full‑time in Abu Dhabi.
