Senior IT Risk Analyst (Emiratisation)

About the role

Emirates Group is seeking a Senior IT Risk Analyst to join its CyberSecurity team in Dubai. You will maintain and enhance the IT Risk Management framework, conduct risk assessments across CyberSecurity, third‑party, IT operations and projects, and support the organisation’s security awareness initiatives.

Key responsibilities

• Establish and maintain a comprehensive IT Risk Management framework, logging risks in the IT Risk Register and monitoring them continuously.
• Perform regular risk assessments on third‑party, CyberSecurity, project & programme and IT operations risks, and present findings to senior management.
• Develop Key Risk Indicators (KRIs) and dashboards for ongoing risk monitoring and reporting.
• Conduct CyberSecurity maturity, benchmarking and gap assessments against industry best practices.
• Design, develop and maintain a CyberSecurity scorecard, automating data collection and presenting results to business units.
• Manage daily security exception requests, maintain an up‑to‑date repository and communicate decisions to relevant stakeholders.

Required profile

• Degree in Computer Science, CyberSecurity or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in IT Risk Management, CyberSecurity governance and compliance within a large enterprise.
• Proven ability to create and present risk reports, KRIs and executive‑level dashboards.
• Experience managing third‑party, operational, project and regulatory risks.
• Strong knowledge of industry standards and regulatory requirements.
