Senior L2 IT Support Engineer – Immediate Joiner

About the role

We are looking for a Senior L2 IT Support Engineer to join our team in Abu Dhabi. The role involves providing on‑site end‑user support, resolving tickets, and ensuring the smooth operation of client IT environments.

Key responsibilities

• Visit client sites to troubleshoot and resolve hardware, software and network issues.
• Install, configure and maintain Windows 10/11 desktops and Windows Server 2012‑2022.
• Perform server migrations, clustering, RAID configuration and Hyper‑V virtualization tasks.
• Support iOS, macOS, Microsoft Office, Outlook and O365 services.
• Manage SharePoint, OneDrive, DNS, email hosting migrations and Azure/Intune services.
• Configure firewalls (FortiGate, SonicWall, Sophos), VPNs and network devices.
• Handle backup solutions (Veeam, Acronis, Cloud Backup) and storage (QNAP, NAS).
• Document assets, IT infrastructure and perform preventive maintenance.

Required profile

• Minimum 7 years of hands‑on IT support experience.
• Proactive attitude with strong communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a technical team.
