About the role
We are seeking a Senior L3 Technical Support Specialist to join our IT team in Abu Dhabi. This critical position provides direct access to Azure environments and Fortinet firewalls, ensuring high‑availability and secure operations for internal users and clients.
Key responsibilities
- Diagnose, troubleshoot, and resolve complex incidents within Azure cloud services.
- Configure, monitor, and maintain Fortinet firewall devices and policies.
- Deliver expert‑level L3 support to internal teams and external customers.
- Collaborate closely with IT and Security groups to uphold system reliability and compliance.
Required profile
- Minimum five years of hands‑on L3 technical support experience.
- Proven expertise with Microsoft Azure and Fortinet firewall technologies.
- Strong analytical, problem‑solving and communication abilities.
- Comfortable working in a fast‑paced, high‑stakes environment.
