Senior Legal Counsel – GCC & South Africa

About the role

Kraft Heinz is looking for an experienced Senior Legal Counsel to lead the legal function across the Gulf Cooperation Council (GCC) region and South Africa. The role provides strategic legal advice and supports the business in contract management, marketing and IP, company secretarial matters, compliance and dispute resolution.

Key responsibilities

• Draft, negotiate and review contracts for products, goods and services; implement a distribution contract portfolio management system.
• Advise on advertising and marketing law, review marketing materials, and support the Global Brand Protection team on IP enforcement.
• Handle company secretarial duties, ensure corporate compliance in the UAE and KSA, and manage licences and registrations.
• Assist with internal compliance audits, data‑privacy matters and coordinate legal training programmes.
• Provide pre‑litigation advice, manage dispute resolution processes and report on litigation status.
• Offer legal guidance on labour law, employment contracts and labour disputes in the UAE and KSA.

Required profile

• Minimum 96 months (8 years) of relevant legal experience, preferably within the GCC region.
• Proven ability to work collaboratively with cross‑functional stakeholders.
