Senior Loss Prevention Supervisor – Luxury Apartments

About the role

The Senior Loss Prevention Supervisor is responsible for safeguarding the Marriott Executive Apartments on Sheikh Zayed Road. This role combines proactive patrols, security system monitoring, and emergency response to ensure the safety of guests, employees, and assets.

Key responsibilities

• Patrol all areas of the property, secure rooms, and assist guests with access.
• Monitor CCTV and alarm systems, authorise and document access to secured areas.
• Conduct emergency response drills, safety inspections, investigations, interviews and key‑control audits.
• Respond to accidents, provide first aid/CPR, and coordinate EMS as needed.
• Defuse disturbances, escort unwelcome persons, and enforce alcoholic beverage control laws.
• Prepare accurate incident reports, maintain confidentiality and release information only to authorised individuals.

Required profile

• High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent.
• At least 2 years of loss‑prevention or related security experience.
• Minimum 1 year of supervisory experience.
• Physical ability to perform duties such as lifting, walking, and navigating confined spaces.
