Senior Maintenance Engineer

About the role

CMS Printing Press LLC is looking for an experienced Senior Maintenance Engineer in Dubai to oversee industrial maintenance operations and keep production equipment reliable. The role calls for strong expertise in mechanical, electrical and automation systems, and proven leadership to supervise technicians and minimise downtime.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee daily maintenance operations so that machinery remains reliable, safe and efficient.
• Diagnose and fix mechanical, electrical, PLC and VFD issues.
• Supervise maintenance technicians and coordinate preventive and corrective maintenance.
• Monitor equipment performance and run continuous improvement initiatives.
• Maintain accurate maintenance records and follow safety procedures and operational standards.
• Work with production teams to reduce downtime and optimise equipment performance.
• Find recurring faults and put solutions in place to improve machine reliability.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree or diploma in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Mechatronics or a related field.
• 8-10 years of industrial maintenance experience, preferably in printing or packaging manufacturing.
• Experience managing preventive and corrective maintenance programmes and diagnosing equipment faults.
• Proven ability to lead and coordinate maintenance operations.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication and organisational skills, able to work in a fast-paced factory.
