Senior Manager - Capital Markets and Trading Solutions

About the role

ADIB Abu Dhabi Islamic Bank is hiring a Senior Manager for its Capital Markets and Trading Solutions function in Abu Dhabi. The role supports the Wealth Management Products Team in developing and launching new capital markets products, with a focus on Sukuk, structured products and FX solutions. It covers product performance monitoring, regulatory compliance and the end-to-end lifecycle of the assigned product lines.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and analyse investment ideas aligned with client needs and macroeconomic trends.
• Promote capital markets products (Sukuk, structured products, FX) through frontline engagement.
• Manage the full product lifecycle, from ideation to post-sale monitoring.
• Train and develop distribution channels on new and existing products.
• Coordinate with Back and Middle Office for operations and issue resolution.
• Maintain accurate product documentation and approvals, and ensure regulatory compliance with Central Bank and SCA approvals.
• Develop marketing and promotional materials and prepare product programmes, presentations and teasers for new launches.
• Support client meetings, strengthen relationships with third-party providers and collaborate with internal stakeholders.

Required profile

• University degree in a relevant field; CFA preferred.
• 7-10 years' experience in wealth management, investment management or investment banking.
• Fluent English; Arabic is an added advantage.
