Senior Manager, Central Operations

About the role

We are looking for a Senior Manager, Central Operations to lead audit and compliance across our hyper‑local delivery network in the UAE, Saudi Arabia and Egypt. You will own the audit charter, drive standardisation and ensure operational excellence across stores and warehouses.

Key responsibilities

• Define and maintain the audit charter, framework and question bank for all markets, ensuring consistent scoring and evidence collection.
• Lead the audit network in the UAE, conduct weekly store and warehouse audits, pre‑launch checks and re‑audits of failed locations.
• Drive the rollout and adoption of the audit app, keep live scores on DSMA and publish weekly and monthly audit performance reports.
• Own closure of findings, enforce consequence management and support investigations into losses, expiry, pest issues and compliance breaches.
• Manage and develop the KSA and Egypt audit teams, handling hiring, training, calibration and performance reviews.

Required profile

• 8+ years in audit, inspection, compliance or loss prevention, with at least 3 years leading multi‑site teams.
• Experience building audit frameworks, scoring models and SOPs across multiple locations or countries.
• Ex‑military background preferred for inspection rigour and enforcement discipline.
• Willingness to travel across UAE, KSA and Egypt.

Required skills

• Proficiency with audit applications, dashboards and data analysis tools.
• Ability to interpret fail‑rate trends and identify root causes.
• Strong independence and ability to report findings objectively.
