Senior Manager, CEO Office – Corporate Services & Communications

About the role

The Senior Manager in the CEO Office supports the Group CEO by preparing comprehensive briefing packs, tracking strategic initiatives and ensuring executive communications are aligned with the CEO’s voice. This role sits at the intersection of intelligence gathering, project delivery and high‑level communication, requiring close collaboration with senior leaders across the organisation.

Key responsibilities

• Produce CEO‑grade briefing packs for external meetings, site visits, market tours, business reviews and institutional engagements.
• Track geopolitical, economic, sector and competitive developments and convert them into concise decision‑ready reports.
• Coordinate the preparation cycle for key CEO engagements, capture outcomes, decisions, responsible parties and timelines.
• Monitor and drive follow‑up actions to ensure timely closure of commitments.
• Support strategic project tracking and performance indicator management.

Required profile

• Minimum 8 years of relevant experience in executive support, strategic analysis or project management.
• Demonstrated ability to handle confidential information with precision.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, capable of reflecting the CEO’s voice.
• Proven track record of working in fast‑paced, cross‑functional environments.
• Collaborative mindset with senior leaders across multiple business units.
