Senior Manager Commercial Operations

About the role

The Senior Manager – Commercial Operations leads the commercial functions of Sanad Aerotech’s Engine MRO business, overseeing Account Management and Invoicing teams to ensure contract compliance, customer satisfaction and financial performance.

Key responsibilities

• Provide strategic direction and operational oversight for Invoicing and Account Management, set KPIs and drive continuous improvement.
• Oversee end‑to‑end invoicing, approve escalated disputes, ensure ERP and data integrity, and coordinate with Finance for accurate reporting.
• Manage key OEM and non‑OEM accounts, guide growth strategies, review shop‑visit cost analyses and act as senior escalation point for customer issues.
• Serve as primary commercial interface with Finance, Operations, Engineering, Supply Chain and Logistics, and report performance to senior leadership.
• Monitor financial and operational metrics, prepare management reports and ensure compliance with internal controls and audit requirements.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Economics or related field; MBA preferred.
• Minimum 10 years of commercial operations or account management experience, preferably in aviation or aero‑engine MRO.
• At least 5 years of progressive leadership experience managing multi‑functional teams.
• Strong commercial acumen, financial analysis skills and ability to manage complex pricing models.
