Senior Manager, Corporate Affairs

About the role

Worley's EMEA Corporate Affairs team is seeking a Senior Manager to lead integrated corporate affairs support across the region. The role partners directly with the EMEA President and the UK Senior Vice President, providing strategic counsel and ensuring the company's reputation and growth are protected.

Key responsibilities

• Serve as the principal corporate affairs advisor to senior leaders, bringing stakeholder insight into decisions and providing independent counsel.
• Translate EMEA business strategy into integrated corporate affairs priorities, aligning regional and sub‑regional activities.
• Lead a team of four direct reports, setting expectations, developing capability, and managing performance.
• Oversee internal, external and leadership communications, stakeholder engagement, and issues and crisis management.
• Shape regional positioning through PR, media, thought leadership and external content in partnership with global teams.
• Build executive visibility through narratives, speeches, talking points and stakeholder preparation.
• Maintain regional crisis preparedness, identify cross‑border concerns and lead communications response.
