Social Media Specialist

About the role

Envision Employment Solutions is hiring a Social Media Specialist to manage its partner's social media presence. The role suits fresh graduates who enjoy content creation, digital marketing and engaging online communities. It is a hybrid position based at The Portal, SODIC West, El Sheikh Zayed, with 4 days in the office and 1 day remote.

Key responsibilities

• Create engaging content for social media platforms
• Write captions and schedule posts
• Manage the company's social media accounts and keep branding consistent
• Respond to customer inquiries, comments and direct messages
• Monitor social media trends and suggest new content ideas
• Support marketing campaigns and other related tasks

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Mass Communication or a related field; fresh graduates are welcome
• Passion for social media and content creation
• Strong communication skills in Arabic and English
• Creative, organized and eager to learn

Required skills

• Familiarity with Instagram, Facebook, TikTok and LinkedIn
• Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office
• Familiarity with Canva or similar design tools is a plus
