Senior Manager – Finance (Revenue Assurance)

About the role

The Senior Manager – Finance Shared Services – Revenue Assurance safeguards the organisation's revenue streams through robust controls, accurate billing and continuous process transformation. Reporting to senior finance leadership, the role leads a multidisciplinary team within the Shared Services Centre.

Key responsibilities

• Design, implement and monitor end‑to‑end revenue controls across order‑to‑cash, billing, invoicing and collections, including periodic reconciliations and variance analysis.
• Lead large‑scale process transformation initiatives, deploying RPA, workflow automation, analytics dashboards and AI/ML‑based anomaly detection to improve efficiency and reduce leakage.
• Manage and mentor a team responsible for billing, audits and assurance checks while collaborating with Finance, Operations, IT, Commercial and Data Analytics functions.
• Develop and maintain revenue assurance MIS, dashboards, KPIs and executive‑level presentations for senior leadership and the CFO.

Required profile

• Chartered Accountant with 7–12 years of finance shared services or revenue assurance experience, including 3–5 years in a managerial role.
• Proven track record of leading transformational or digitalisation projects and strong understanding of IFRS revenue recognition.
• Experience with large‑scale data management, internal controls and contract management.
