Senior Manager – Financial Planning & Analysis

About the role

Dubai Holding is seeking a Senior Manager – Financial Planning & Analysis to join its Strategy & Value Creation department. The role will lead group‑wide budgeting, forecasting and performance reporting for a diversified portfolio of businesses.

Key responsibilities

• Execute the group‑wide budgeting and reporting framework, including calendar, tools and templates.
• Assist in developing five‑year financial targets and investment mandates for all verticals.
• Review and challenge budget submissions from verticals, providing actionable feedback.
• Prepare consolidated budgets and business plans for senior management review.
• Develop, maintain and update processes, manuals, policies and tools related to budgeting and planning.
• Prepare and review monthly consolidated and standalone vertical management reports.
• Create performance review dashboards to support decision‑making.
• Provide financial insights for strategic initiatives and operational improvements.
• Produce ad‑hoc reports for specific business or management reviews.
• Monitor business performance against approved plans and recommend corrective actions.

Required profile

• Strong finance professional with proven experience in financial planning, budgeting and performance management within large investment groups or diversified holdings.
• Strategic insight and ability to work closely with portfolio teams.
• Experience preparing presentations and reports for senior management.
