Senior Manager, Healthcare Compliance – Middle East

About the role

Johnson & Johnson’s DePuy Synthes division is seeking a Senior Manager to lead Healthcare Compliance across the Middle East. The role will be based in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia or Dubai, United Arab Emirates and will provide strategic and operational compliance leadership for the Orthopedics business.

Key responsibilities

• Serve as the primary Healthcare Compliance Officer for Middle East markets.
• Develop and execute compliance strategies aligned with global and regional priorities.
• Identify, assess, and manage compliance risks related to commercial, promotional, and professional‑education activities.
• Provide proactive guidance to business leaders on compliance requirements and ethical decision‑making.
• Embed effective compliance controls into business processes and go‑to‑market models.
• Oversee core compliance programs, including training, monitoring, risk assessments, and issue management.
• Partner with Legal and other functions to support investigations, audits, and regulator interactions.
• Monitor regulatory developments and industry trends across the Middle East.
• Prepare and present risk assessments, insights, and recommendations to senior leadership.

Required profile

• Extensive experience leading healthcare compliance programs in the Middle East.
• Strong knowledge of regional healthcare laws, regulations, and industry standards.
• Proven ability to work collaboratively with cross‑functional stakeholders, including Legal, business, and functional teams.
• Excellent analytical and risk‑management skills.
• Effective communication and presentation abilities for senior audiences.
