Senior Manager – Project Cargo

About the role

Noatum Logistics is seeking an experienced Senior Manager to lead Project Cargo operations in the UAE. The role combines operational leadership, commercial ownership, and contract management to ensure successful execution of complex logistics projects.

Key responsibilities

• Lead country‑level project logistics operations, overseeing planning, execution, monitoring and delivery.
• Control operational and subcontractor costs, manage variation orders, claims and contractual risks.
• Maintain accurate cost tracking using CargoWise and ensure compliance with client contracts.
• Embed a commercial mindset within the team, driving cost control, budget adherence and performance‑driven culture.

Required profile

• 10‑15 years of experience in project logistics/EPC coordination with proven operational leadership.
• Strong financial mindset, demonstrated ability to manage project budgets and drive profitability.
• Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration or related field.

Required skills

• High proficiency in CargoWise ERP.
• Expertise in multimodal transport and heavy‑lift operations.
• Insurance management and invoicing control in logistics projects.
• Knowledge of contractual and commercial terms in project logistics.
